1. Serviceable Locations
We currently offer shipping to all serviceable PIN codes across India, subject to courier coverage. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment was made.
2. Dispatch Timelines
a. Buy Now Products
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days of confirmation and are dispatched thereafter.
b. Auction Products
All items purchased through auctions are dispatched within 12–15 working days after payment confirmation and internal verification. High-value items may require additional time for authenticity/quality checks.
Delays due to public holidays, natural calamities, or courier restrictions will be communicated via email or SMS.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with reputable third-party logistics partners such as India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and others, depending on location and service availability.
We provide tracking details once the item is dispatched. We do not guarantee delivery timelines of third-party logistics providers.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, value, and delivery location and will be displayed during checkout.
- We may offer free shipping or discounted rates during promotional campaigns.
- Additional charges may apply for insured or express delivery, upon request.
5. Packaging and Handling
All products are securely packaged to:

- Use of appropriate coin flips, holders, sleeves, or rigid mailers
- Protective cushioning for fragile items
- Discreet packaging with no mention of collectibles on the exterior
- Handling by trained staff

6. Estimated Delivery Time
The delivery time post-dispatch typically ranges between:
- 3–7 working days for metro and Tier 1 cities
- 5–10 working days for Tier 2&3 cities, towns, and rural areas
Delays due to courier partners or external conditions (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, and lockdowns) are beyond our control but will be duly communicated.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once the item is delivered, a delivery confirmation via email/SMS will be sent to the registered contact details.
If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the item may be returned to us. In such cases:
- We will notify the buyer
- Re-delivery may be arranged upon payment of additional charges
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting return shipping and handling charges
8. Undelivered / Lost / Damaged Shipments
- If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives in a tampered/damaged condition, report it to us within 48 hours of receipt (with photographs and unboxing video).
- Claims raised beyond this time window may not be eligible for redressal.
- Claims without unboxing video or late submissions may be rejected, as per industry standards.
All items shipped via insured delivery are eligible for reimbursement under the terms of the respective courier service.
Note:
- Minor ageing, wear, or toning on vintage items is not considered damage
- Claims for microscopic or grading-subjective issues are not entertained
- We are not liable for courier mishandling beyond insured value
9. Change of Address
You may request a change in shipping address before the order is dispatched by emailing us at pastfindsindia@gmail.com. Once dispatched, no change in address can be entertained.
